Note:

Do not tilt the driveshaft when removing it, pull it off the centering pins horizontally.

^

Sealing ring in centering bushing -arrow- must not be damaged.

^

Flexible disc and vibration dampener cannot be separated from each other.

Installing

Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:

Install all driveshaft parts marked in relation to each other in same position when reinstalling.

Sealing rings in driveshaft flanges -arrow- must not be damaged when removing and installing. The driveshaft must be replaced if the sealing
rings are damaged.

Slide the driveshaft horizontally onto each centering pin.

Installation position

Each of the three protruding sleeves on the rear final drive flange or driveshaft engage in the flexible disc mounting holes.

Install the driveshaft to the rear final drive flange and the bevel box output flange so the markings -arrows- are aligned in a row.
