Right Temperature Door

Right Temperature Door

Removing

-

Remove the glove compartment.

-

Remove right footwell vent, refer to => [ Right Footwell Vent ] See: Cabin Ventilation Duct/Service and Repair/Right Footwell Vent.

-

Disconnect harness connector from Right Temperature Door Motor (V159).

-

Remove the securing bolts - 1 - (1.4 Nm) and remove the Right Temperature Door Motor (V159).

-

Unhook brace - 2 - from Right Temperature Door Motor (V159).

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.

‹› After installing, function of right temperature door must be checked. 

‹› Initiate "Basic Setting" function with Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051B) (or succeeding model). Refer to=> [

Removing

Remove left footwell vent, refer to=> [ Left Footwell Vent ] See: Sensors and Switches - HVAC/Solar Sensor/Service and Repair/Temperature
Sensors.

Remove the left footwell center console trim.

-

Remove Data Bus On Board Diagnostic Interface ( J533).
