Fuel Pressure Sensor, Removing and Installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Assembly tool (T10118)

‹› Socket wrench insert 27 mm (VAS 5301/7)

Removing

CAUTION!
Fuel system is under pressure! Fuel pressure must be reduced to a residual pressure before opening high pressure area of injection
system, see procedure on page => [ Releasing Pressure in High Pressure Area ] See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Service

Rabbit and Scirocco:

Remove the charge air guide leading to the noise generator => [ Charge Air Guide to Noise Generator, Rabbit and Scirocco, Removing and
Installing ] See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Turbocharger/Intercooler/Service and Repair.

Remove the upper bracket on the Generator (GEN) ( C)- arrow -.
