If no malfunction is detected in the wiring and if the voltage supply was OK:

Replace Throttle Position (TP) Sensor (G79).

Erase DTC memory of Engine Control Module (ECM) --> [ Diagnostic Mode 04 - Erase DTC Memory ] .
