Glove Compartment

Removing

-

Set parking brake.

-

Select rearmost driving range position.

-

Remove side instrument panel covers --> [ Instrument Panel Side Covers ] See: Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Instrument Panel
Side Covers. 

-

Remove footwell covers --> [ Footwell Covers ] See: Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Footwell Covers

-

For vehicles without navigation or radio, pry radio block-off cover -  1 - out of bracket using wedge (T10039/1). 

-

If radio - 2 - is installed, remove it.

-

If navigation display and operating unit - 3 - is  installed, remove it.

-

Remove air conditioning operating unit - 4 - 

There are two existing variations of the trim - 1 -: 

‹› Trim with threaded pin - 4 - and lock washer -  5 -.

‹› Trim without threaded pin and lock washer.
