Press "System info" soft key button.

Press the scroll down soft key button.

Check four digit number, last two digits indicate software version.

If last two digits read 49 or higher:

-

Update has been performed. Press "Back" button twice to discontinue procedure. DO NOT continue with this Technical Bulletin.

If the last two digits read 48 or lower, continue to update programming.

TIP:  Programming procedure may lead to Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) in several control modules. Therefore, always address stored DTCs for
Customer concerns unrelated to the update programming procedure first.

Update Programming

Insert update CD NAVFLTOU49.

-

Press the  Load  soft key button

-

The software download will begin.
