NOTE:  The run on period along with the speed of the Combustion Air Blower V6 are dependent on the operating mode in which the heater unit is
switched off.

The run on period is: 175 seconds when switching off in full load mode and 110 seconds when switching off in part load mode.

Deviations from standard times are possible depending on the software version of the control module.

Remove Combustion Air Blower V6

Remove Glow Plug (with flame monitoring) Q8

-

Remove screws - A - .

-

Pull combustion chamber insert - B - upwards from auxiliary engine coolant heater - C -

Installing

NOTE:

-

Replace gasket between combustion chamber and auxiliary engine coolant heater.

-

In the event of a faulty combustion chamber insert, always replace Glow Plug (with flame monitoring) Q8.
