Installing

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

‹› Replace gaskets and O-rings.

Install high pressure lines. Refer to --> [ Fuel Injector ] See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Fuel Injector/Service and
Repair/Fuel Injector.

Install the intake manifold.

Vehicles with aluminum intake manifold, refer to --> [ Intake Manifold ] See: Intake Manifold/Service and Repair/Intake Manifold.

Vehicles with plastic intake manifold, refer to --> [ Intake Manifold ] See: Intake Manifold/Service and Repair/Intake Manifold.
