Air Door Actuator / Motor: Description and Operation

A/C Flap Motors, General Information

CAUTION:
Before beginning repairs on the electrical system:

-

Determine system or component fuse/fuses using applicable wiring diagram or owner's manual.

Remove system or component fuse/fuses.

NOTE:

-

Prior to motor removal, initiate "Basic setting in case of service".

-

Following repairs and/or replacement of motors, initiate basic setting.

-

If malfunction message "Adaptation limit exceeded" is present, check motor/flap connecting piece. There should be no play between motor shaft
and connecting piece.
