Please discuss the following with customer:

Low opening height may be accidentally programmed due to items of clothing getting caught around the switch when closing the rear lid

Incorrect position can easily be rectified by manual adjustment to required height and then saving this new position. It does not require a visit to
dealership

Switch for stopping movement should only be applied momentarily, as an incorrect position may be stored in memory.
