Turn thrust collar and press it onto end of crankshaft so that the marked surface faces the engine.

Install toothed belt crankshaft sprocket, using a new centered bolt. Torque specification: 200 Nm plus an additional 1/2 (180°) additional turn.

Install ribbed belt --> [ Ribbed Belt ] See: Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Ribbed Belt.

Install noise insulation pan.
