Headlamp Washer Pump: Service and Repair
Windshield Washer Fluid Level Sensor

Windshield Washer Fluid Level Sensor

Removing

-

Switch off ignition, switch off all electrical consumers and remove  ignition key.

-

Remove tank for windshield washer system and headlamp cleaning system --> [ Windshield and Headlamp Washer Fluid Reservoir ] See:
Windshield Washer Reservoir/Service and Repair/Windshield and Headlamp Washer Fluid Reservoir.

-

Disconnect harness connector - 1 - and pull Windshield Washer Fluid Level Sensor (G33) out of  its rubber seal.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

-

Bleed headlamp washer system after completing assembly work --> [ Headlamp Washer System, Bleeding ] See: Service and
Repair/Procedures/Headlamp Washer System, Bleeding.
