Power Front Seats Automatically Change their Position
Seat adjustments change automatically. No fault codes stored.
Technical Background
Tip:
The symptom as described is not a fault with the vehicle.
The seat adjustment switch is on the seat trim.
When getting in and out the customer may touch the switch row (mainly the switch for the backrest adjustment), which changes the seat adjustment.
Because of the low adjustment noise of the motor the customer does not notice the adjustment and is under the impression that the seat moves
automatically.
