Air flow sensor resistance:

Pins 3 and 4 (9 and 6) .........................................................................................................................................................................  500-1000 Ohms
Pins 2 and 3 (7 and 9) ..........................................................................................................................  resistance should vary as sensor flap is moved

Intake Air Temperature sensor, Pins 1 and 4 (22 and 6):
