VANAGON CAMPER-DOMETIC REFRIGERATOR SERVICE CENTER LIST

The Dometic Official Factory Authorized Service Center List has been updated. Please refer to this list when seeking service on the Dometic refrigerator,
available in our Vanagon Campers.

The Dometic refrigerator is covered under the new vehicle warranty for the duration of the warranty as it applies to each particular model year, For repair
information contact the Dometic Service Center nearest your dealership.

The Dometic Corporation will, at its sole option, replace or repair without charge to the original retail purchaser, any part or parts supplied by Dometic
and found upon examination at an authorized service center to be defective in material and/or workmanship for the warranty period as specified in the
Limited Warranty supplied with each product.

The sales and service establishments listed in this book are independent service centers who have signed an agreement with The Dometic Corporation to
do service work on Dometic, Duo-Therm, A&E and Servel branded products. Under the terms of their agreement they will:

A.

Maintain an adequate service organization qualified to service Dometic corporation products.

B.

Maintain at all times no less than the minimum inventory of parts in accordance with the Recommended Service Agency inventory parts list.

C.

Use his purchased stock to replace in-warranty parts on behalf of Dometic.

D.

Perform warranty work on Dometic corporation products at no charge to the customer.

E.

Guarantee that workmanship shall be free of defect for a period of 90 days from completion of service work; and that if any defects or claims
are made by the customer, the Service Center will correct without cost to Dometic or to the customer.

F.

Furnish the customer with an itemized statement for, all repairs made to the products. REMEMBER . . . Always check ahead as appointments
may be necessary.
