disconnect fuel return hose from fitting "A", and fuel supply hose from fitting "B". On Syncro vehicles, the in-line connector pipe should remain in
the hose coming from the fuel tank.

connect fuel return hose to supply hose fitting so a recirculating loop is formed which returns fuel from the pump to the tank (arrow)
