Shift Cable: Adjustments

    Selector lever cable must not be kinked or bent. Corrosion on cable end or outer cable should be removed. Lubricate parts lightly after
installation.

1.

Loosen shift rod bolt, then shift selector lever into P position.

2.

Push transmission operating lever to rear into P position, then push shift rod to rear.

3.

Tighten shift rod bolt.
