SUBJECT:
Water out of A/C vents - A/C on
Condensation water may come out of A/C vents if evaporator water tray does not drain properly. This may be caused by:

Water drain valve with fish mouth slit is clogged or stuck in closed position.

Drain hose kinked or positioned with upward bend..
^
Install new water drain valve, Part Number 431 260 155.
^
Make sure drain hoses are properly routed and are not kinked.
NOTE:
Drain hose can be reached by removing the "C" Pillar Grill (engine compartment air intake grill.)
