Special Tools Required: 5006, 5033, 5115, 5871, 2810, 5035.
Check Cylinder Bores
Remove cylinder head.
Check cylinder bores:

Check for score marks and other visible damage.
Note: If there are visible damages, the cylinder head must be fitted with at least six bolts before removing engine and reconditioning.
Oil Pan Removal/Installation
Remove oil pan.
