Before starting installation, check that air intake seal is intact.
If climate control system is fitted with AC:

Install:
-
evaporator at the same time as it is mounted in the car.
-
evaporator cover.
-
sensor head if removed.
Insulate hose connections carefully so that no condensation occurs when using the AC system.
Note: Do not insulate expansion valve.
The procedure is the same for models with and without AC from step K28 onwards.
