Recharge battery if specific gravity is below 1.230.

Check battery terminals for corrosion and tightness

Clean/tighten battery terminals as needed

Without touching the accelerator, engage starter for 10-15 seconds until the engine starts.
NOTE:
Repeated short starting attempts of less than 10 seconds must be avoided. Do NOT use the accelerator while starting the engine.
