THIS BULLETIN APPLIES TO THE U.S. AND CANADA.

The following instructions provide recommended application of parts available in an O-ring kit for LH injectors.

REQUIRED PARTS:

The O-ring kit is developed for different applications and contains:

O-rings

3 pcs

injector tip cover

1 pc

spacer

1 pc

NOTE:

Injector tip cover is not used on any P70 application.

O-rings, 3 pcs should be used to replace damaged O-rings (arrows) on the injector and, from 1985 M/Y, on the pressure regulator.

Lubricate O-rings with Vaseline (or equivalent) prior to installation

CAUTION: To avoid damaging new Orings, it is important to properly lubricate the Orings and install the injectors carefully. After completing repair,

start the engine and check for leaks.

Injector tip cover, 1 pc is not used for injectors installed on P70.
NOTE:

An attempt to replace the injector tip cover can result in damage to the injector. If the injector tip cover is damaged, replace the injector.

Spacer, 1 pc. used to replace the spacer on the pressure regulator used from 1985 M/Y.
