THIS SERVICE BULLETIN APPLIES TO THE U.S. AND CANADA.

The following instructions provide recommended application of parts available in an O-ring kit for LH injectors.

REQUIRED PARTS:

O-ring kit

1 per injector (as needed)

The O-ring kit is developed for different applications and contains:

O-rings

3 pcs

injector tip cover

1 pc

spacer

1 pc

NOTE:

Spacer is not used on any P20 application.

O-rings, 3 pcs Two O-rings (arrows) should be used to replace damaged O-rings on the injector. Third O-ring is not used.

Lubricate O-rings with Vaseline (or equivalent) prior to installation

Injector tip cover, 1 pc should be used to replace damaged tip cover on injectors prior to date code 347. Date code is stamped into injector housing
(arrow).

NOTE:

An attempt to replace tip cover on injectors after date code 347 can result in damage to the injector. If the injector tip cover is damaged,
replace the injector.

PROCEDURE

Disconnect battery ground strap before beginning to work on fuel/electrical system. Do not smoke or have anything in the area which can
