Adjust front wheel bearing
Torque castle nut to 57 N-m (42 ft. lbs.). Rotate disc a few revolutions.
Loosen nut 1/2 turn. Torque nut to 1.5 N-m (12 in.lbs.). Install cotter pin. If the pin hole in spindle does not align with nut, tighten nut to next notch.
Install grease cap. Use tool 2715.
Reinstall front wheel
Tightening torque:
115 N-m (85 ft. lbs.).
