M47 gear lever rattle
A reduction of the vibration level on the bracket can be achieved by reducing the pretension on the rubber bushings. Place one washer, p/n 955895-8,
between the bushing sleeve, p/n 1232175-8, and washer, p/n 948823-0. This must be done at all four bushings.
Note:
Regardless of its original position, the bushing sleeve with integated washer must be mounted as shown when installing washer 955895-8.
Note:
Mount the bushing sleeve with integrated washer against the transmission housing.
