Instrument Panel Voltage Regulator: Testing and Inspection
Voltage stabilizer, checking

Remove combined instrument. See: Service and Repair

Connect 12-20 V source to voltage stabilizer, as illustrated.

12V car battery is suitable for this purpose.

Use voltmeter to check that stabilizer voltage is 10 ± 0.2 V
-
If voltmeter shows no reading, replace stabilizer.
