The valves are marked with the Part Number.
CHECK THERMOSTAT VALVE:
When engine is at operating temperature and off, disconnect thermostat valve hoses from intake manifold and E.G.R. valve.
Blow through the thermostat valve to check if it is open.
If valve is still closed, replace and retest with new thermostat valve.
