1.
Remove pressure actuator nuts and disconnect hose, Fig. 4.
2.
Disconnect rod end from wastegate lever and remove pressure actuator.
3.
Install new actuator without connecting hose.
4.
Connect pressure pump and gauge to actuator.
5.
Apply 6 psi of pressure to actuator.
6.
Push wastegate lever forward to hold wastegate in closed position. Adjust rod end to fit precisely on lever pin.
