This bulletin is a supplement to the Repairs and Maintenance Service Manual Section 4 (46) Rear Axle TP 30039/2 Page 14 to 15. Replace front seal.
Page 35 to 29 Installing Pinion Seal.
On some rear axles, compression sleeves are used instead of adjusting shims for pinion pre-load.
Compression sleeves are fitted on rear axles with the following part numbers, serial numbers and rear axle ratio.
