Tighten upper heater mounting screws slightly.

Install:

upper water hose to heater matrix.
-
air ducts.
-
hoses to vacuum motors.

Install:
-
lower heater mounting.
-
hose to control valve. Remove hose pliers.
-
wire and sheath to control valve. Adjust wire.
-
hose to vacuum tank.
-
air duct to rear seat.
-
upper and lower screws to center console.
-
screws to center member.
-
fan motor ground lead.
