Clutch Master Cylinder: Service and Repair
Installation
Installing
1. Secure master cylinder to bulkhead (firewall). Reconnect fluid pipe.
2. Insert push rod pin and lock ring. Make sure that there is 1 mm (0.040 in)play between push rod and piston. Adjust push rod if necessary.
3. Install panel beneath dashboard.
4. Top-up with brake fluid (DOT 4) and bleed system. Refer to "Clutch System Bleeding".
