1.
Drain cooling system and remove radiator shroud retaining screws and move shroud to rear. Remove fan and fan clutch.
2.
Loosen and remove accessory drive belts .
3.
Remove fan pulley.
4.
Remove timing cover.
5.
Remove lower radiator hose.
6.
Remove coolant pipe retaining bolt and pull pipe rearward.
7.
Remove water pump, Fig. 33.
8.
Reverse procedure to install.
