Install accumulator:

Connect pipe and return hose.

Adjust height of accumulator so quick-release catch is vertical.
Q17
Tighten:
-
all pipe connections.
-
screw to accumulator clamp.
-
clamp on evaporator pipe inside car.

Add coolant. See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System
Q19
Insulate all pipe joints on evaporator pipe:
-
Use self-adhesive foam rubber. Secure foam rubber with tie strip as in illustration.
Q20
Install:
-
the defroster duct.
-
the ABS braking system control module and its bracket.
-
glove compartment.
-
panel beneath glove compartment.
-
sound insulation on passenger side.
