SERVICE INDICATOR LAMP RESET PROCEDURE
NON-SRS (Airbag) Equipped Vehicles

A service indicator lamp, located on the instrument cluster, will illuminate for approximately 2 minutes after engine start up at 5,000 mile (8,000 km)
intervals to indicate the need for an engine oil change. After changing engine oil, the lamp may be reset by pressing upwards on the lamp reset lever
located at the rear of the instrument cluster. The lever can usually be reached without removing the instrument cluster.
SRS (Airbag) Equipped Vehicles
Instrument Cluster / Service Indicator Lamp Reset
Vehicles equipped with SRS. The lamp reset lever is operated via a linkage assembly. To reset the service indicator lamp, remove rubber plug located
in the lower left portion of the instrument cluster. Use a thin screwdriver to reach through the hole and depress the reset button, push firmly.
