Connect an ohmmeter between #12 and #13.
The ohmmeter should read approx. 0 OHMS.
If the reading Is Incorrect:
-Check the wiring between the control module and the sensor for breaks and contact resistance and clean the KS connector and treat it for corrosion.
-Remove the jumper.
Connect an ohmmeter between #13 and #20 (GND).
The ohmmeter should read infinite resistance.
If this value Is OK:
Intermittent fault.
-Check the connections for loose contacts, clean the KS connector and treat it for corrosion.
If the reading Is Incorrect:
-Check the wiring between the control module and the sensor for grounding, clean the KS connector and treat it for corrosion.
