Thermostatic Air Cleaner: Service and Repair
Air Cleaner Thermostat
1.
Remove shutter assembly from air cleaner housing.
2.
Compress shutter spring assembly.
3.
Remove "wax" thermostat.
4.
Install new thermostat while spring is still compressed.
5.
Re-install shutter assembly in air cleaner housing.
