Disconnect A/C pressure sensor connector at the condenser. Lubricate the pressure sensor connector with low temperature grease P/N 1161437-7.
Squeeze grease into the female contact directly from the tube. Check that the cavities in the female contact are filled.
Do not fill the protective cover with grease.
Connect the new cable to the pressure sensor switch
Pull back the rubber boot on the sensor connector. Check position of the wires. Connect the wire terminals in the MFI control module connector so that
the gray wire is connected to the gray wire on the existing wire harness connector and the black wire to the black wire.
Attach the edge protector (A) P/N 699856-1 Length 70 mm (2-3/4 ").
Lower the car
Route the cable behind the washer fluid reservoir and the wheel housing tower.
