1. Install rubber buffer, see fig. Install clutch fork vibration damper if equipped.
CAUTION: Incorrectly installed buffers crack and cause excessively large free travel which results in slipping. The gearbox may also be
damaged if the clutch is not disengaged correctly.
2. Adjust clutch fork free travel.
