Install both fan rotors and lock in place with clips:

Install new clips if the old ones are bent or worn.

Install outer fan covers:

Check that vent shafts (1) fit into fan covers correctly first.

Now install components in following order:

-

all fan cover locking clips (2).

-

upper water hose to honeycomb (3).

-

rubber air intake seal (4).

-

rubber seals on defroster hose outlet, both sides (5).

Install CU Climate Control Unit. See Air Flow Control Box - A/C.
