Disconnect cold start device by loosening screw 1, Fig. 9. Push lever forward and rotate sleeve 90°. Then push lever back against stop. Do not
loosen screw 2 or cold start device will have to be reset on test bench.

Remove injection pump drive belt. Loosen injection pump mounting screws (6 mm Allen head screws) and turn injection pump so marks on pump
and bracket are aligned, Fig. 10. Tighten retaining screws.

Use stop 5193 or equivalent to lock injection pump gear. No. 1 cylinder should be at position for injection.
