Length increased by 3 mm (0.12 in) and piston top modified slightly.
NOTE: Pistons can be fitted to all type BW55 transmissions.
2. Install new O-rings on pistons.
NOTE: Type of O-ring depends on piston type and transmission type.
3. Install accumulator pistons and springs. Short spring and smallest piston in center (C2). The other pistons are different and cannot be installed
incorrectly. Install springs as found. For more information refer to "Spring Identification Chart" for a specific transmission model in Specification.
