Do not use the PUR bonding kit if the Use By: date has been exceeded! Check both the box and the tube of adhesive for the Use By: date or Best
before: date.
Note
If all or parts of the body flange have been painted after repairs. then the paint primer (red cap, P/N 1161386-6) must be used on the newly painted
surfaces as described in the service manual.
On surfaces with old paint the RIM activator must be used to ensure a satisfactory bond.
