Using a piggy-back connector P/N 949606-8 and connector P/N 949201-8 make a jumper wire and connect from the A/C microswitch to PIN #5
on the plug for the switch (see Wiring Diagram).

Install switch P/N 1323849-8

-

Install: central console front panel center control panel radio side panels and soundproofing

-

Reconnect the battery ground lead.

The diagram below is the 84 Wiring Diagram and is now applicable for 1981 and 1982 when wired as described.
