Vacuum Brake Booster Check Valve: Service and Repair
Non-Return Valve, Replacement
REMOVE
1. Non-return valve
2. Undo hose clip and disconnect vacuum hose from nonreturn valve.
3. Seal from servo
INSTALL
1. new seal, ensuring that flange is correctly seated.
2. Coat inside of seal with special grease, P/N 11 61 037-5, or equivalent. Press new non-return valve carefully into position, taking care to ensure
that seal remains in place.
3. Reconnect vacuum hose and secure with clip
