Removal

Fresh Air/Recirculation Actuator (Vacuum Motor For Recirculation Shutter)

1. Remove:

-

panel under glove box

-

glove box

-

outer panel vent

-

air duct.

2. Separate recirculation shutter operating arm from vacuum motor.
3. Remove vacuum motor and disconnect vacuum hose.

Installation

Fresh Air/Recirculation Actuator (Vacuum Motor For Recirculation Shutter)

1. Install new vacuum motor and adjust as follows:

-

check that neither shutter nor vacuum motor is activated

-

tighten adjusting screw in that position.

2. Install:

-

panel vent

-

air duct

-

glove box

-

panel under glove box.
