Pull bolt outwards.

Transfer mounting brackets to new

FIT PULLEY

USE:

-

Old bolt 3/8" x 2-3/4" UNC

-

Special Tool 9995096-6 (main bearing retainer tool for B28 engines)

-

Washer P/N 960148-5

Push pulley onto shaft until top edge is in line with shaft. Slacken bolt when pressing pulley on and fit more washers to prevent bolt from contacting
pump shaft.

NOTE:

If a power tool is used, take care not to exert full force as pump may be damaged.

FIT PUMP

Reconnect hoses.

Remove crimping pliers.

Fit belt and adjust tension.

Remove rag.

FILL WITH OIL

Turn steering wheel between left and right locks to bleed system.

Start engine and repeat.

Check pump oil level. Top up as required.

Turn off engine.

Specified oil = ATF
