Air Door Actuator / Motor: Service and Repair
Air Door Actuator
Removal:
1. Disconnect battery negative lead.
2. Remove ashtray and holder (lift tongue to release).
3. Remove cigar lighter and compartment (two screws below plastic cover).
4. Remove casing surrounding gear and parking brake lever. Disconnect wiring.
5. Remove rear ashtray, panel and light.
6. Remove screw from bottom of centre storage compartment.
7. Remove parking brake console.
8. On left side, remove panel below dashboard (3 screws) and disconnect air hose to steering column vent.
