7. Install propeller shaft. Lubricate splines with grease P/N 1161033-4. Make sure that the arrows are aligned as shown. Check also that universal
joint forks are aligned as originally.
CAUTION: Angular derivations between the forks will cause vibrations.
8. Attach propeller shaft front joint to transmission using tool P/N 5244.
9. Position rubber bellows over spline sleeve and over rubber ring.
10. Install support bearing crossmember. Make sure that bearing support is centered on crossmember.
