Note: Always check that the axles on the old motor and the new are identical.
‹› Make sure that the seal is in position between axle and wiper arm.
Note: Before Installing cover panel, see that the motor arm and the link arm are dead in line with the mounting. The motor should be in park position.
- The torque for the axle nut/bolt should be 26/10 Nm (19.27/7.4 ft.lb).
- The torque for the two screws (4) should be 22 Nm (16.2 ft.lb).
‹› Make sure that the clips to the rear of the cover plate are correctly seated.
