As announced in Parts Information Bulletin 4-121 (U.S.) and 4-122 (Canada), Volvo has discontinued supplying "factory pack" paints effective
September 4, 1990. This applies to all paint products except touch-up spray and sticks.

Volvo Car Corporation in Sweden has approved SIKKENS as the recommended supplier of paint products.  This will help enable paint to be more
widely available and distributed in a timely fashion, will also help provide the opportunity for a more exact color match resulting in less hazardous waste.

Therefore, as of September 4, 1990, specific SIKKENS branded products will become the approved and recommended paints for refinishing Volvo cars
through the terms of a joint, but non-exclusive refinish paint agreement contract.

Included in this agreement are special offers to Volvo dealers and their designated repair facilities in regards to mixing equipment, paint training, paint
and supply pricing, technical support hotlines, body shop layout and design services, and warranty support.
